Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
Only regular-priced items are eligible. Sale or promotional items are non-returnable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns for:
Opened cat litter bags
Damaged products caused by improper use or handling
3. How to Request a Return

Reason for return
Clear photos (if product is damaged)
We’ll review your request within 2–3 working days.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and we receive the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will bear the return shipping costs (unless the product is defective or wrong).
5. Damaged or Wrong Item?
If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
