Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible. Sale or promotional items are non-returnable.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened cat litter bags

  • Damaged products caused by improper use or handling


3. How to Request a Return

  • Email us at [your support email] with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos (if product is damaged)

  • We’ll review your request within 2–3 working days.


4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and we receive the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will bear the return shipping costs (unless the product is defective or wrong).


5. Damaged or Wrong Item?

  • If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
